Volunteering

We welcome people of any age to volunteer with our projects. For example:

	supporting leisure activities
	visiting/befriending
	driving
	teaching IT skills
	care/support for frail older people
	practical help (eg DIY)
	admin help with customer care
	trading and information/advice supporters

We also link people over 50 to opportunities with other projects, including inter-generational activities.

We provide travel expenses, a six-weekly newsletter, training opportunities and individual support to help you find and develop the right volunteering opportunity.
