Care and Support |
We provide the support and care for older people living at three very sheltered housing schemes (which are owned by Home Housing and Newcastle & Whitley Housing Trust):
Our aim is to support the dignity, development and independence of tenants. The staff at each of our schemes work closely with the statutory agencies including Social Services, the community based health services, as well as local organisations to ensure the physical, social and environmental needs of each individual are met. |
