 |
In a society where all older people have the right to make decisions about their lives and the power to influence decisions that affect them |
 |
That older people should be recognised for the positive contributions they make to their community |
 | That the diversity of our ageing population should be recognised at every level of our
society. Differing experiences, views and preferences of individual older people should be valued and reflected in the services and products offered to
them |
Age Concern North Tyneside has identified 5 key aims and intends to achieve these within the lifetime of the Strategic Plan. They address major challenges that we will face over the next three years; they are aims we want our staff to be aware of and champion; and will be communicated to internal and external stakeholders. We will measure our success against our set outputs.
